I Pledge America

In December 2008, AJ made a remarkable offer: a cup of coffee for a promise from his customers that they buy an American-made, quality automobile from the Big 3 as their next vehicle.  He ran out of coffee.  I Promise America was born and the first 10 day (it ran 12 days), Guinness Record setting event was hatched.  A year later, I Pledge America was formed to take the torch from I Promise America.  For more information, please visit I Pledge America

I am so grateful to everyone who helped build this great website! This is how to be a part of the solution. No matter what, the philosophy of common sense tells me that a sure fire way to help all of us to recover from this economic challenge and to bring us back to employment is to BUY OUR STUFF!!
So, that means a lot of things, but in my neck of the woods, we ebb and flow by how well our domestic automotive industry does. That is what “IPledgeAmerica’ is all about. “On my honor the next car that I buy will be a domestically-built, Detroit-born automobile.”
If you drive a car, please make it Detroit-born!
This is how we can make a difference!
I hope to see you on ‘the line” Assembly Line II, Second Shift Concert. March 19-April 1, 2010 ; AJ’s cafe 240 West 9 Mile Rd. Ferndale, Michigan 48220 assemblylineconcert.com
